Molecular distillation is a special liquid-liquid separation equipment. Unlike traditional distillation, it relies on the boiling point difference separation principle, but on the difference of the average free path of different substances. When the liquid mixture flows along the inner wall of the main evaporator and is heated, light and heavy molecules will escape from the liquid level and enter the gas phase. Due to the different free paths of light and heavy molecules, the molecules of different substances move different distances after escaping from the liquid level. After passing through the built-in condensate pipe of the main evaporator, the light molecules reach the condensate pipe and are discharged, while the heavy molecules cannot reach the condensate pipe and are discharged along the mixed liquid, So as to achieve the purpose of material separation.
l The main body is made of high borosilicate glass with an expansion coefficient of 3.3. It has good chemical and physical properties and strong transparency. It can well observe the operation process of the whole process.
l The maximum temperature of the heating system can reach 250 / 300 ℃ (300 ℃ needs to be customized), which can realize accurate temperature control.
l The magnetic drive system enables the sealing of the whole machine. The whole molecular distillation system has good sealing performance, and the minimum vacuum degree under no-load can be less than 1pA.
l Ball milling joint can reduce the vibration of condenser, ensure the safety and flexibility of glassware joint and better sealing. The fluorine ring of the whole machine is made of fluororubber, which is corrosion-resistant.
l With the diffusion pump, the vacuum degree can reach less than 1pA, and high-efficiency distillation can be carried out
l The evaporation efficiency is very high, the residence time is short, the time delay is minimal, and the heat sensitive material is not easy to deteriorate and carbonize
